The Executive Board of the Association of Ukrainian Banks is an executive body founded with the object of promoting implementation of resolutions adopted by conventions and the Council of AUB, with the aim of collaborating with agencies of State power and State administrations, the National Bank of Ukraine as to protection of interests of the second level of banking system as well as organization of current work with banks.

In charge of the Executive Board is President of the Association of Ukrainian Banks.

President of the Association is elected for 4 years at the suggestion of Head of the Council of AUB.

President of the Association:

• Organizes implementation of resolutions of conventions and those of the Council of the Association;
• Represents the Association in agencies of State power and State administration, in public organizations and international institutions in terms of its relations with foreign partners;
• Disposes of costs and property of the Association;
• Defines the structure of the Executive Board;
• Submits for approval by the Council of the Association candidates for the positions of Vice Presidents of the Association;
• Concludes on behalf of the Association civil agreements and performs further acts as concerns current management of the Association’s activities.

President of the Association reserves the right to delegate his certain powers to Vice Presidents of the Association.

Vice President of the Association shares his certain powers with President of the Association.
